Cancellation Policy

1. All reservations will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

2. If cancelled seven (7) nights or more you will be entitled to 75% refund or 100% of a rain check valid for 3 months from the day cancelled. 

3. An additional fee of $100 will be applied to anything under six (6) nights prior up until 24 hours. 

4. No refunds or rain checks will be given:

    a.  Twenty-four (24) hours prior to check in 

    b. Special Event Weekends, Hotel Takeovers or three (3) day Holidays (i.e. Memorial or Labor Day etc.)

    c. Early Check outs

5. Check out is 11:00 AM local time, on departure date please return keys to the registration desk.

NO REFUNDS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS, HOTEL TAKEOVERS OR HOLIDAYS.

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
