Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsman to join our Maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and landscaping of the property to ensure our resort grounds remain safe, clean, and visually appealing at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning

• Plant, water, and fertilize lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds

• Remove debris, leaves, and trash from resort grounds

• Maintain pool deck areas and outdoor common spaces

• Assist with minor outdoor repairs and maintenance tasks

• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred

• Ability to operate lawn equipment and basic hand tools

• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions

• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working in an adults-only, lifestyle resort environment

• Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
